ABOUT

Descriptions(3)

Celleporina tubulosa is an encrusting bryozoan that initially forms lobed sheets, composed of a single layer of autozooids. Colonies later develop into small rounded mounds, made up of multiple layers autozooids, forming irregular spreading growths which are 8 by 8 mm or larger. Autozooids are small and flask-shaped. They are 0.4-0.5 by 0.25-0.3 mm.
