Type host. Pomella megastoma (Sowerby) (Mollusca, Ampullariidae). Site. Mantle cavity. Type locality. Argentina, Misiones Province, Arroyo Yabotí – Miní (26 º 57´39.87 ´´ S, 53 º 49´23.07 ´´ W). Holotype: MLP 5718 (specimen sagittally sectioned). Paratypes: MLP 5719 (2 specimens whole mounted); MLP. 5720 (1 dissected cirrus); MLP 5721 (2 specimens: 1 sagittally sectioned, 1 transversely sectioned). Reference. Damborenea & Brusa (2008).
