Type host. Pinguipes brasilianus Cuvier (Pisces: Pinguipedidae). Site of infection. Stomach. Type locality. Argentina, Buenos Aires Province, Mar del Plata (38 º 08 ʹS, 57 º 32 ʹW). Holotype: 3 MLP 5647. Paratypes: MLP 5648 (allotype Ƥ), MLP 5649 (533, 5 ƤƤ). Reference. Timi et al. (2007).
