Type host. Acanthistiuis brasilianus (Valenciennes) (Pisces: Serranidae). Site of infection. Posterior end of intestine. Type locality. Argentina, coastal area of Buenos Aires Province, Mar del Plata, (38 ° 08´S, 57 ° 32´W). Holotype: 3 MLP 4871. Paratypes: MLP 4872 (allotype Ƥ), MLP 4873 (533, 5 ƤƤ). Reference.
