Type host. Percichthys trucha (Cuvier & Valenciennes) (Pisces: Percichthyidae). Site of infection. Sinus venosus and atrium (adult males and gravid females), intestine (larvae), and abdominal cavity (larvae and sub – adults). Type locality. Argentina, Río Negro Province, Lago Escondido (41 º 05 ʹS, 71 º 35 ʹW). Paratypes: MLP 5519 (433, 4 ƤƤ).
