Type host. Oligoryzomys nigripes (Olfers) (Mammalia: Cricetidae). Site of infection. Cecum. Type locality. Argentina, Misiones Province, Cainguás, Arroyo Cuña Pirú (27 ° 05 ʺS, 54 ° 56 ʹW). Holotype: 3 MLP 5653. Paratypes: MLP 5654 (allotype Ƥ), MLP 5655, MLP 5656 (14 specimens). Reference. Robles & Navone (2007 b).
