Type host. Akodon azarae bibianae (Mammalia: Muridae). Site of infection. Cecum. Type locality. Argentina, Formosa Province, Pirané, El Colorado (26 º 19 ʹ 45 ʹ S, 59 º 06 ʹ 43 ʹ W). Holotype: 3 MLP 5625. Paratypes: MLP 5626 (allotype Ƥ), MLP 5627 (533, 5 ƤƤ), MLP 5628 (533, 5 ƤƤ), MLP 5629 (533, 5 ƤƤ). Reference. Robles & Navone (2007 a).
