San Francisco Bay area, California. Light orange, darker at both ends; 8–10 mm long. Antennae “short,” 43 – 45 articles, coxosternal teeth 3+3, coxal pores 2, 2, 3, 2 or 3, 3, 3, 3 (Chamberlin 1912). Chamberlin (1928) reported this species from UT as well, which seems unlikely.
