Records from Rio de Janeiro State: Restinga de Itaipuaçu (22 ° 55 ’ 16 ” S; 42 ° 32 ’ 49 ” W), sand dunes (Fernandes & Mendonça 2004); Restinga de Maricá (22 ° 57 ’ 50 ” S; 42 ° 50 ’ 44 ” W), halophyte – psammophyte vegetation (Fernandes & Mendonça 2007). Occurrence in Brazil: until now, only recorded from Rio de Janeiro.
