Dasongius rugosus

Antennal article IV with a moderately long seta p on dorsal side. Ventral branch of antennae with a short seta q. Collum with cylindrical, furcate and annulate setae. Tergite II with 4+6 setae. Coxa and trochanter of legs 9 with furcate setae, tarsus with two subdistal accessory claws. Tergum of pygidium with short setae a₁, long setae a₂, and setae st tapering and bent inwards, with moderate pubescence. Anal plate linguiform, with short pubescence. This species can easily be distinguished from all other species by the simple shape of the anal plate (Guo et al., 2010: 896, 897–898^{[bib]1036[/bib]}, Martínez-Muñoz & Bu, 2021).

China: Anhui, Jiangsu (Guo et al., 2010: 895^{[bib]1036[/bib]}).
