The known diversity of the family Striariidae amounts to 2 subfamilies, 12 genera, and 48 species. The subfamily Striariinae comprises 9 genera and 43 species: Striaria (11 species), Amplaria (18 species), Kentrostriaria Shear & Marek, 2022a (1 species), Maraplia Shear & Marek, 2022b (3 species), Lamparia Shear & Marek, 2022b (4 species), Rampalia Shear & Marek, 2022b (1 species), Plaramia Shear & Marek, 2022b (2 species), Ralampia Shear & Marek, 2022b (2 species), and Petra Shear, Marek, Bond & Wesener, 2022 (1 species). The sister subfamily Trisariinae Shear, 2020 comprises 3 genera and 5 species: Trisaria Shear, 2020 (3 species), Stegostriaria Shear & Marek, 2022a (1 species), and Nototrisaria Shear & Marek, 2022b (1 species).
