Type material. Holotype ♀ (ZMH-A 0000574). COLOMBIA: Inírida River (middle course) [ca. 2 ° 34 ’ N, 69 ° 39 ’ W]. The specimen was collected by the photographer and salesman Georg Hübner (1862 – 1935) and Oskar Schneider (1841 – 1903), a German teacher and professor. Ribautia centralis (Silvestri, 1907); transferred to this genus by Ribaut (1912: 84).
