REMARK. — Very few substantiated records, but this species could be an uncommon resident in southern Burkina Faso. The specimens of the SMF bird skeleton collection are from a “ fetish market ”, thus the locality is uncertain and not verifiable (G. Mayr pers. comm. 2020).
