This was frequently encountered at NTNC-Parsa Conservation Program Office complex, Hattisar, Amlekhganj, Adhabhar, Ramauli-Pratappur, Bhata, and Nirmalbasti (Fig. 3). The individuals can be distinguished from D. melanostictus by absence of canthal black ridge and smaller tympanum.
